Chef Charles McCann

Chef McCann has a sensational appetite to deliver food that will excite your palette with every bite. At a young age he attended Le Cordon Bleu in Portland Oregon, Chef McCann moved to Vegas to begin his culinary career working in the Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, the Venetian, and the MGM Grand. Showing his incredible technique he quickly became a Corporate Chef with the House of Blues, where he called home for 5 years. This experience provided a unique opportunity to travel the country and taste gourmet foods in different regions from New Orleans to New York, Tennessee to San Francisco and everywhere in between.  Each city helped to mold his eclectic style.

 

Next stop was Executive Chef at Soirees Catering and Events followed by 3 years as Executive Chef for BB Kings Bles Clubs. It was at this time he competed on Hells Kitchen season 5 with Gordon Ramsey. For 6 years Chef McCann elevated the dining experience at Salt 7 in Delray Beach, Florida. From delicious happy hour and dinner creations to an insatiable Sunday Fun Day brunch! 

 

Throughout his journey Chef McCann dreamed of having his own restaurant, that dream became a reality when he bought Nitrogen. The sky is the limit for this entrepreneurial Chef who solely focuses on delivering simple dishes prepared in expert style with the freshest ingredients and classic French technique.
